Real Estate in Daytona Beach and Volusia County is coming back in fall 2013 and more high volume transactions are to be expected over the next 6 – 12 months.
The Real Estate environment is changing from a Buyer’s to a Seller’s market. It is still very mixed with foreclosures and short sales coming back but the inventory is decreasing at this time.
